or on the login screen, click on the button that says "Track ID"

- Station directors may have registered you automatically so that you
can be listed as a partcipant for a proposal/project.

- Why do some form elements disappear when I am on the main navigation menu?
- Unfortunately, if you are using Internet Explorer, it does not handle the stacking
order of drop down lists correctly. So instead of seeing drop down lists overlapping
the main navigation menu, we decided to hide the drop down list while the user
is on main menu items.
