- The annual meeting of W-2122 will be held at the Calistoga Spa in Napa Valley on October 12-14, 2011, with the main meeting day on Thursday, October 13th.

- Arrangements for our annual meeting have been made at the Calistoga Spa in Napa Valley on October 7,8, and 9, 2009; the main meeting day on Thursday, October 8th.
We have reserved 1 room with 2 double size beds ($128.80), 8 rooms downstairs with 1 queen size bed ($117.60 each) 3 rooms upstairs with 1 queen size bed ($117.60 each). The deadline for room reservations is August 24th to provide a deposit for the rooms we plan to secure. If you confirm the reservation there is no charge if cancellations are made 72 hrs prior to arrival. Could you please indicate to Pratibha Nerurkar, as soon as possible, 1) whether you will be attending, 2) what type of accommodations you prefer, and 3) what nights you'd like to stay (including plans to extend your stay on the front or back end).
