- The WERA89 meeting is scheduled for March 11-12, 2010 to be held at the Radisson Suites Hotel Tucson, AZ Airport. Rooms are available on March 10 and 11 for $114 plus tax. The meeting will run from 8-5ish on Thursday 3/11 and 8-noonish on Friday 3/12 so make your travel plans accordingly.

- The annual meeting for WERA-089 as been scheduled for March 12-13, 2008 at the Holiday Inn-Downtown Market Square, San Antonio, TX. The meeting will have a similar format to the last one; all day on the 12th (Wednesday) and half-day on the 13th. A block of 25 rooms for the nights of March 11 and 12 have been reserved. Room reservations can be made by calling Phone (210) 225-3211 or 1-800-HOLIDAY.
The room rate will be $118/night (plus taxes, etc.) The hotel is about 7 blocks from the Riverwalk and Alamo and sits on Market Square, with ready access to the trolly system for those that want to look around San Antonio.

- Details regarding the annual meeting for WERA089, "Potato Virus Disease Control" is as follows:
Individual reservations can be made by calling the San Diego Holiday Inn Seaworld Hotel directly at (619) 881-6100 (8:00A.M. - 5:00P.M. PST) or 1-888-HOLIDAY (24 hours a day). For individuals to receive the established Group rate ($89), they must identify themselves as WERA89 initially when making the reservation. All reservations must be received by Feb. 10, 2007 and guaranteed with a one nights deposit in the form of check, money order or credit card. After receipt of a guaranteed reservation, upon request the Hotel will forward guest room confirmations to each individual.
As in previous years, a nominal fee will be collected from participants to cover the cost of the meeting room and refreshments.
