- A block of 15 rooms has been reserved under 'NCCC52' at the Holiday Inn Express at Bandana Square in St. Paul; make advance reservations by calling (1-800-HOLIDAY or 465-4329) or email them at http://www.hibandanasquare.com. The University rate is $79.00 per night plus 13% tax (good October 18-21). The deadline is September 19th for making room reservations - to guarantee the availability of a room at the rate specified.
