- The NC-205 meeting will be held Monday and Tuesday, January 25th and 26th, 2010. NC-205 will meet jointly with NCCC-46 on Wednesday, January 27th, 2010. The venue for both the NC-205 and NCCC-46 meetings will be the Monona Terrace Conference Center (http://www.mononaterrace.com).

- As in past years NC-205 and NCCC-46 are coordinating their annual meetings. They will be held the week of January 28, 2008. The NC-205 meeting will be held first (January 28-29, 2008) followed by a joint NC-205/NCCC-46 meeting (January 30, 2008). NCCC-46 will be held January 31 - February 1, 2008. The meetings will be held in the Sheraton Westport Hotel, St. Louis Missouri. Rooms can be booked at http://www.starwoodmeeting.com/Book/ncr46 or reservations may be called in at 800-822-3535 or 314-434-5010. In order to get the room rate of $106 per night (also the government rate), please request the "NCR-46 / University of MO" rate. This will help meet the minimum guaranteed number of rooms. In order to guarantee rooms at this rate, they must be booked on or before January 11. Shuttle to and from the airport is free and comes every half hour (on the hour and half hour). If flying Southwest airlines to the east terminal, meet the shuttle near door 15, and if flying any other airline to the main terminal, meet the shuttle near door 18. For individuals driving to the meeting: go to http://www.mapquest.com/ and type in 900 Westport Plz, Saint Louis, MO 63146-3104. It is about 3 miles south of I-70 on I-270 (it is easy to see from the interstate but a local map and driving instructions from Mapquest are helpful for the maze just off the interstate).

- The combined meeting of NCR-46 and NC-205 for 2007 is scheduled for January 29, 2007 February 2, 2007. NCR-46 will hold their meeting on January 29th-30th, a joint meeting of NCR-46 and NC-205 will take place on January 31st, and the NC-205 meeting will be held on February 1-2, 2007. Both meetings will take place at the Amerisuites DFW Airport SOUTH (there are two Amerisuites near the airport).
Hotel information: A block of rooms have been reserved for the meetings under the name NC 205/NCR 46. The room rate is $99 plus tax per night for a King bed or a room with two Queen beds. Rooms must be reserved by January 15, 2007 to receive the block room rate. Meals: there is a Red Lobster restaurant adjacent to the hotel, and a mall across the street has several other restaurants. The hotel has an airport shuttle.

- As in past years, NC205 and NCR46 are coordinating their annual meeting, which is scheduled for the week of January 22, 2006, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. NC205 is scheduled to meet on January 23-24, and NCR46 will meet January 26-27. A joint session with industry will be held on Wednesday, January 25.
