- S-1017 will meet in conjunction with the Meeting of Pecan Scientists (agenda attached) which will take place at the Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation, in Ardmore, OK on May 27-29, 2009.
Lodging information:
The Noble Foundation has 20 rooms reserved for the event. These rooms are located at the Foundation's lodge and are available for the first 20 people who contact Charles Rohla (580-224-6451 or ctrohla@noble.org) to make a reservation. Of the 20 rooms, 18 are with double beds. We also have reserved rooms at a local hotel for $89/night (Spring Hill Suites Marriott 580-798-4033, www.marriott.com/admsh). The hotel is a couple miles from the Foundation. There are a couple of other hotels located close to the Foundation (Comfort Inn 580-226-1250; La Quinta Inn 1-800-531-5900). We will have a meeting room and snacks provided by the Foundation throughout the meeting.
