The meeting will be held November 14-15 in Mystic, CT at the Hilton in Mystic (860-572-0731). They have reserved a block of rooms for us at $97/night. You must reserve your room(s) by October 12 to receive the discounted rate, and mention that you are with the NE-1020 group.

The closest major airport is Providence, RI, about 50 miles away and a straight shot down I-95. Hartford, CT is about 20 miles further, but is also an easy drive.

I dont have an exact figure for registration at this time, but I estimate that it will be about the same as last year, which was $200 (even though it will be the off season, Mystic is still a pretty big tourist town). But a lot will depend on how many people will attend.

Besides wineries in CT, RI, and MA, many of which are within an hour's drive, its an easy ferry ride to Long Island, so you might want to consider a side trip when making travel plans.

Palisade is about 4 hours west of Denver International Airport (for those of you who might want to drive across the Rockies in a car) or about 10 minutes down the road from the Grand Junction airport. Grand Junction is served by three major airlines: United (via Denver), Delta (via Salt Lake City), and American Airlines (via Dallas).
