- Final arrangements and plans for the joint NCR-189, S-291 meeting are being made at this time. The meeting this year will be held in Birmingham at the Poultry Waste Symposium on Tuesday the 29th and Wednesday the 30th of October. Having a joint meeting with attendance from all three sub-groups will allow for some exchange of ideas and programs which should be beneficial to all attending.
I will not be able to attend the meeting this year because of a family illness. Bud Malone has agreed to provide coordination of local arrangements, and to chair the meeting. He will be sending out a more specific program within the next couple of days.
Hope you all have a good trip, and a productive meeting in Birmingham, and I'll look forward to seeing you next year.
