The lodging rate is $89.00 for a king single or a queen double and includes a complimentary breakfast. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. The Martin Inn is located adjacent to the Madren Conference Center meeting site.
Travel For airport shuttle reservations, call 1-800-669-6463. Travel from the Greenville/Spartanburg airport is approximately 1 hour. The shuttle cost per person for one way is approximately $50 depending on mode of payment (cash or credit). Travel from the Atlanta or Charlotte airports is approximately 2 hours 20 minutes. The shuttle cost from Atlanta or Charlotte is approximately $135 depending on mode of payment. The shuttle cost decreases for more than one person traveling.

Rooms have been blocked under the name SERA Meeting ($75.00/night breakfast included). Deadline for booking a room is May 4, 2005.
Stillwater, USA is about 75 miles from Tulsa International Airport (Tulsa) or Will Roger's World Airport in Oklahoma City (OKC). Both airports are equally accessible and with similar airfares from major cities.
Since there is no commercial shuttle available from those airports to Stillwater hotels, the host will provide transportation from and to the Tulsa International Airport only.
