- The SDC347 meeting (formerly S1039) will be held on March 2 and 3, 2013 at theHilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center, 201 Lafayette Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70801. This is the same location as the 2013 Southeastern ESA Branch Meeting. We have planned for 2 full days so please plan to arrive by Friday, March 1 so we can begin the meeting at 8:00 AM on March 2. Hotel room rates are $129/night and will only be available until February 11, 2013 (registration link below). A complimentary shuttle from the Baton Rouge airport is available upon request, and complimentary internet access is provided in the guest rooms and public spaces. The hotel offers valet parking for $16 overnight and $9 for daily event parking. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Baton Rouge.
