- I am authorizing the Annual meeting of NC-170 in Dallas, Texas, August 2, Thursday from 9:00-5:00 pm, and August 3, 9:00-11:00 am. Lodgings and meeting will be at the Comfort Inn DFW Airport North in Irving Texas, at 5000 W. John Carpenter Freeway, Phone # 972-929-5757. Room rates for rooms with King beds will be $69 a night. We have up to 12 rooms reserved at this rate under the group name NC-170. People should book their room by July 1st.
