Hotel reservations

" Anchorage: SpringHill Suites University Lake. Tell them you are with the "Rangelands" group to get special rate of $99/night for Friday through Sunday, May 10  12. Reservations for the SpringHill Suites University Lake should be made at their reservation center at 1-888-284-1887 and let the reservation agent know they need to make a reservation under the block of rooms under "Rangelands". You cannot use the Marriott online system to get this rate, you MUST call.

" Palmer: Eagle Hotel. The Eagle Hotel will hold a block of 10 rooms (two queen beds each) until the end of March. A room with two queens will cost $119 a night while a single queen room is $90 a night. You can make your reservations for the Eagle Hotel in Palmer through Theresa Isaac at email- tmisaac@alaska.edu or call 907-746-9450 (talk to a real person between 8 AM and 4:30 PM Alaska Standard Time or to leave message after hours). In this way we can get an accurate count of attendees and gather information regarding your flights out so we can arrange shuttle runs to the airport.

You will find an invitation from the Arizona Ag and Library Deans, a preliminary agenda outline, registration information and information about hotel accommodations, etc. We will be meeting in conjunction with WDC 23, a new group looking at rangeland education across institutional boundaries.
