The annual meeting of W2082 will be held at Colorado State University on January 23 and 24 in the Grey Rock room of the Lory Student Center. A block of rooms have been reserved at the Hilton Fort Collins located about 2 blocks south of the student center. Reservations can be made at 970-482-2626 or 1-800-HILTONS; specify a group name of W2082 Regional Project. Single rooms are $126/night plus tax and this price includes a buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Rooms must be reserved by Thursday, December 27, 2012 to receive the above rate. Shuttle service from Denver International Airport is available from Super Shuttle (https://reservations.supershuttle.com/Default.aspx ) for $25 one-way and will deliver and pick-up at the Hilton. A $25 registration fee will be collected.

(The Citrus Center and hotel are about 20-25 minutes drive time from the airport in McAllen, TX). A registration fee of about $30 will be charged.
